Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for a position in Macomb, MI! This position is paying $20-35/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Perform maintenance activities on equipment per task tracking and downtime.
- Complete repair maintenance activities on CNC Lathes/Mills, General Machines and Hobbers/Shapers, robots and automation.
- Troubleshoot chronic machine and electrical problems
- Assist with operator training of PM activities
- Conduct new hire orientation for Maintenance (as designated)
- Housekeeping of tool room area
- If capable or directed, wire equipment, do PLC implementation and program management.
- Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box
Requirements:
- Experience with CNC Lathes/Mills/Grinders with Fanuc controls
- Familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Mechanical abilities
- Electrical/PLC/Relays optional
- Knowledge and use of tool room equipment
- May be required to work off shifts and overtime
