Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a position in Warren, MI! This position is paying $25/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Perform mechanic functions including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs of production machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on the lines, trailers and other equipment. Replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Partner with quality on capability issues or equipment problems that are noticed in uniformity, balancing and auditor.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Maintain and implement lock-outs and safety procedures.
- Update and complete daily logs and PM schedules as required.
- Organize and maintain spare parts inventory, communicate when there are shortages.
- Assist with training new employees and cross training as outlined in the training procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four years manufacturing experience
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and industrial skills
- An assessment test or apprenticeship program certificate and/or associate's degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is required
