Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a position in Fraser, MI! This position is paying $20-25/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
• Maintain preventive maintenance section of Proteus CMMS Maintenance Software.
• Perform all PM tasks generated by the Proteus CMMS Maintenance Software.
• Perform all safety checks generated by the Proteus CMMS Maintenance Software.
• Create work orders in cogs for any problems found during PMs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain preventive parts inventory.
• Assist with all maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain Oil storage room including inventory levels and cleanliness.
• Monitor waste oil tank levels and have the tank pumped when required
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform Training of another maintenance tech, etc. as required.
Requirements:
• Work overtime as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance for manufacturing environment preferred
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work with and/or around solvents, chemicals, irritants, and/or other potential allergens.
• Meet physical requirements of forklift/crane operation (vision, distance judgment, etc.).
• Must be able to work on ladders and lifts in high, precarious places
• Must be able to operate Hilo's and cranes.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• General mechanical skills.
• Capable of using hand-held tools.
• General computer skills are required.
