Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a position in Troy, MI! This position is paying $17.50 and up based on experience.
Duties:
- Assemble electrical & mechanical parts/components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings as needed for accurate and safe performance
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and/or Standard Work
- Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks
- Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and within the required specifications
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation
- Operate specific assembly tooling including Riveting guns, Torque wrenches, etc.
- Some electrical wiring within enclosures
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced
- Excellent communication skills
- Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of metal materials and safely utilizing mechanical lifts
- Attention to detail is a must
